User Testing
This project is researching an existing mobile application that's already in the Market. The study is focused on identifying what needs to be improved for a better user experience. The BackCountry Navigation XE Applications main focus is bringing navigation offline. My approach for improvements is not just to have offline availability but also to encourage an online feature for the users to explore. The goal is to grab more attention for users to keep using the app.
