About the Role

We partner with bold, creative, and authentic voices to build digital communities for local small businesses across English and Spanish-speaking markets. As a family business, we treat our creators like extension nodes of our team — blending your organic personal vibe with our backend design expertise. We are seeking trendsetters and visual digital natives to be the face and voice of our brand across public digital spaces.

Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:

  • Create User Generated Content (UGC): Post a minimum of 2 pieces of high-quality content per week (TikTok, Reels, or Shorts) spotlighting our design work and client successes.
  • Drive Trackable Referrals: Use your unique ambassador link (issued after approval via our portal) to drive traffic and track referred leads.
  • Engage the Community: Respond to comments on your posts within 48 hours to foster conversation and join our monthly ambassador Zoom call to align on monthly campaigns.
  • Report on Metrics: Log your post links and engagement screenshots via the ambassador dashboard by the 5th of each month.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • A public, active Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube account with at least 1,000 followers and an average engagement rate of 3% or higher.
  • Comfortable filming, speaking to camera, and editing your own content (CapCut, Premiere, or in-app editors).
  • A genuine passion for supporting small businesses, design, and local community growth.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish content creators are strongly encouraged to apply given our client base.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Previous experience in an affiliate or brand ambassador program.
  • A niche audience related to business, entrepreneurship, or design.

Compensation & Perks:

Lucrative commission-based structure: $10–$15 per qualified lead generated, plus a 5% recurring commission on referred client contracts for the first 6 months. Get exclusive AM Digital Designs merch, free design resources, and resume-building experience.
