• Information You Provide Directly: When you fill out a contact form, request a project quote, or subscribe to an Amdura™ platform, we may collect your name, email address, company details, phone number, and project briefs.
• Billing & Payment Information: If you purchase services or official merchandise, payment details (such as credit card numbers) are collected securely by our PCI-compliant payment processor, Stripe. Amdura™ does not directly store your raw credit card data on our servers.
• Automated Telemetry & Analytics: When you navigate our public websites, we utilize Google Analytics to collect aggregated, anonymized data such as browser type, device information, general geographic region, and pages visited. This helps us optimize our UX design and website performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

Amdura™ utilizes collected data strictly for the following operational purposes:

• To execute creative agency services, deploy custom software, and fulfill contractual Statements of Work (SOWs).
• To process payments, issue invoices, and manage SaaS subscriptions.
• To provide customer support, technical troubleshooting, and project updates.
• To secure our infrastructure against fraudulent activity, unauthorized access, and malicious bots.

3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Subprocessors

Amdura™ does not, and will never, sell your personal data to data brokers or third-party advertisers.

We only share your information with trusted, enterprise-grade cloud vendors ("Subprocessors") who provide the underlying infrastructure necessary to run our business (e.g., Hostinger for web hosting, Google Workspace for business email, Cloudflare for security, and Printful for merchandise fulfillment). 4. Artificial Intelligence & Data Privacy

When you interact with our AI integrations, including our conversational assistant (Aries™):

• Zero Model Training: All text prompts, uploaded documents, and interactions are processed via secure enterprise APIs (such as Google Gemini Pro and OpenAI). Your data is strictly excluded from being used to train any public AI models.

Depending on your geographic location (such as the European Economic Area or California), you possess specific legal rights regarding your personal data:
