Cookies and Local Storage
We use only essential cookies and browser storage to make the site work properly. Specifically: a session cookie to remember your language preference and login state during your visit, and local browser storage for our chat assistant (to remember your conversation) and small UI preferences. We do NOT use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics that follow you across the web. You can clear this data at any time through your browser settings or the "Clear Chat" button.
Third-Party Services
When you use our chat assistant ("Aries"), messages that cannot be answered by our built-in responses are sent through a secure server-side proxy to an AI language model provider for processing. These messages are sanitized for security. We do not currently use Google Analytics, advertising networks, social media tracking pixels, or third-party embeds that collect data about you. If we add such services in the future, this policy will be updated and the cookie consent banner will reflect the change.
Data Protection
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure password hashing, sanitization of user inputs to prevent injection attacks, and HTTP security headers (Content-Type Options, Frame Options, XSS Protection, and Referrer Policy) to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Chat history is stored locally in your browser only — it never reaches our servers and can be cleared anytime using the "Clear Chat" button. Contact form submissions are kept until your inquiry is resolved, plus a reasonable period for follow-up. Account data is kept while your account is active; you may request deletion at any time.
Your Rights
