Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) outlines the rules and expected conduct for all individuals interacting with Amdura™ testing environments, including UX research participants, software beta testers, and candidates accessing our digital portals.
By accessing staging environments, unreleased prototypes, or specialized research dashboards provided by Amdura™ ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to abide by the ethical and technical standards defined below.
1. Scope of Acceptable Use
Our testing environments and prototypes are provided exclusively for the purpose of usability evaluation, cross-cultural UX research, and system testing. You agree to use these systems strictly as directed by the Amdura™ research moderator or automated testing prompts.
2. Prohibited Conduct
To maintain the integrity of our research and the security of our platforms, the following activities are strictly prohibited during any testing or research session:
- Malicious Inputs: Intentionally submitting malicious code, SQL injection scripts, or harmful data into prototype forms, search bars, or AI conversational interfaces.
- System Disruption: Attempting to overwhelm the testing servers, executing Denial of Service (DoS) simulations, or deliberately triggering system crashes.
- Vulnerability Probing: Conducting unauthorized security scans, penetration tests, or attempting to access administrative directories outside the designated testing scope.
- Inappropriate Content: Uploading, typing, or generating offensive, defamatory, explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content within the testing environments or AI interaction modules.
3. Interaction with AI Prototypes (Aries™)
When participating in studies involving our conversational AI, Aries™, or other algorithmic prototypes:
- You must not attempt to "jailbreak," manipulate, or force the AI to bypass its ethical guardrails or generate prohibited content.
- You acknowledge that AI responses during testing phases may be unpredictable or inaccurate, and you agree not to rely on any AI-generated outputs for real-world advice or decision-making.
4. Authentic Representation
UX research relies on genuine human feedback. When participating in studies:
- You must provide honest, unscripted responses and reactions.
- You may not use automated bots, scripts, or AI tools to complete research tasks, fill out surveys, or generate feedback on your behalf.
- You must accurately represent your demographic information, professional background, and technical proficiency if such information is required for the study.
5. Violations & Enforcement
Amdura™ actively monitors testing environments for security and compliance. If we determine that a participant has violated this Acceptable Use Policy:
- We reserve the right to immediately terminate the participant's access to the testing environment.
- The participant may be disqualified from the current study, forfeiting any associated research stipends or compensation.
- Severe violations involving malicious technical attacks or intentional security breaches may be reported to the appropriate legal authorities.
6. Contact Operations
If you encounter technical issues during a test, or if you are unsure whether a specific action is permitted within the staging environment, please contact the research coordinator immediately:
