Amdura™ ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to building a transparent, secure, and equitable process for individuals applying for roles, contractor positions, or positions within our UX research testing panels. This Applicant Privacy Policy details exactly how we collect, process, and protect your personal screening data.
This policy supplements our overarching Privacy Policy, specifically addressing the unique data workflows associated with recruitment and research panel onboarding.
1. Data We Collect During the Application Process
When you submit an application to join the Amdura™ team or apply to participate in our Innovation Lab research panels, we may collect the following information:
- Identification Data: Your full name, email address, phone number, and physical location (City/State/Country).
- Professional Background: Resumes, CVs, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, and personal portfolio URLs.
- Screening Metrics: For UX research candidates, we may collect technical proficiency levels, device familiarity (e.g., iOS vs. Android), or specific demographic identifiers necessary for cross-cultural cohort matching.
- Work Authorization: Information verifying your legal right to work as a contractor or employee within the United States.
2. How We Use Applicant Data
Your submitted data is utilized strictly for evaluating your candidacy and managing the recruitment lifecycle. Specifically, we process your information to:
- Assess your skills, qualifications, and portfolio alignment with our current project needs.
- Communicate with you regarding interview scheduling, technical screening tests, or research study invitations.
- Match UX research panel applicants with the correct testing cohorts (e.g., ensuring a diverse, cross-cultural testing group for the Aries™ AI prototype).
- Fulfill internal compliance, equal opportunity employment reporting, and legal record-keeping requirements.
3. Automated Decision-Making & AI Screening
Amdura™ is an AI-forward company, but we believe human talent requires human review. We do not use fully automated AI decision-making algorithms to unilaterally reject applicants or disqualify research candidates.
While we may use software to parse resume formatting or organize incoming portfolios, all final hiring and research panel selections are evaluated by a human Amdura™ operator.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
We do not keep applicant data indefinitely:
- Successful Candidates: If your application is successful, your submitted data will be transferred to your active contractor, employee, or active-tester profile file.
- Unsuccessful Candidates: If your application is not selected, we will securely retain your application data for a period of up to twelve (12) months to match you against future opportunities, after which it will be permanently deleted from our systems.
- UX Panelists: If you apply to our research panel, your data will remain active in our tester database until you request removal or opt-out of future study invitations.
5. Your Rights as an Applicant
Under global privacy frameworks (such as the CCPA and GDPR), you retain full control over your application data. You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the application data you have submitted to Amdura™.
- Request that we update, correct, or amend any inaccurate professional information.
- Withdraw your application and request the immediate erasure of your resume, portfolio links, and screening data from our recruitment databases.

6. Data Security
Your resumes and portfolios are stored securely on encrypted cloud infrastructure (Google Workspace / Hostinger) and are accessible only by authorized Amdura™ personnel directly involved in the screening and evaluation process. We never share, trade, or sell applicant data to third-party recruiters or external HR agencies.
