- The Amdura™ name, "Design that connects Cultures™" tagline, Aries™ mascot designs, logo marks, and visual theme palettes are protected common law trademarks of Amdura™.
- You may view, temporary cache, and download site content strictly for personal, non-commercial informational purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, scrape, or republish any site assets without prior written consent from Amdura™. For media or brand asset usage, please refer to our Brand Guidelines.
2. Acceptable Use of Public Interfaces & AI Demos
When accessing public web forms, interactive widgets, or conversational AI previews (such as Aries™) on our Site, you agree to use them responsibly and lawfully. You agree **NOT** to:
- Deploy automated scrapers, spiders, or bots to harvest content, code, or user telemetry from the Site.
- Attempt to bypass site security, perform vulnerability probing, or launch Denial-of-Service (DDoS) attacks.
