Usage Policies & Technical Standards

These Usage Policies govern the technical resource consumption, hosting parameters, AI API limits, and platform usage expectations across all Amdura™ services, including custom web deployments, hosted client portals, SaaS plugins, and conversational AI interfaces (Aries™).

By utilizing any hosted environment, client portal, or API integration provided by Amdura™ ("we," "our," or "us"), you ("Client" or "User") agree to adhere to the technical parameters and fair usage standards detailed below.

1. Website Hosting & Infrastructure Allocation

For clients enrolled in Amdura™ website hosting or managed server plans (powered by our enterprise Hostinger and Cloudflare network infrastructure):

• Fair Use Bandwidth & Storage: Storage and bandwidth allocations are dimensioned according to your specific hosting package. Hosting space is strictly reserved for web files, database tables, and direct media assets necessary to run the active website. Utilizing hosting space as an off-site personal backup vault, file-sharing hub, or video streaming host is strictly prohibited.
• Server Load & CPU Thresholds: To maintain high availability for all hosted clients, individual websites must not consume excessive CPU, RAM, or database I/O resources that degrade shared server performance. Unoptimized cron jobs, runaway PHP scripts, or automated scraping bots that consistently exceed server thresholds will be automatically throttled.
• Database & Mailbox Maintenance: Client databases must be regularly maintained and pruned of spam comments, temporary log tables, or orphaned revisions. Email accounts hosted through server infrastructure are subject to standard daily sending limits to preserve domain IP sender reputation.

2. AI Integration & API Request Limits

Projects integrating Amdura™ AI features, conversational assistants (Aries™), or custom LLM endpoints (utilizing Google Gemini Pro or OpenAI enterprise tiers) must comply with the following rate limits:

• Fair Usage Rate Caps: Standard web integrations include default API request thresholds (e.g., 60 prompt requests per IP per minute) to prevent automated bot exploitation, prompt-injection spam, and unexpected API overage costs.
• Prohibited AI Inputs: Clients and users must not configure or feed AI endpoints with automated scripts intended to generate abusive content, execute malicious code injections, or perform systematic data scraping.
• Overage & Extended Usage: High-traffic applications that consistently exceed baseline token allocations will be migrated to dedicated API usage tiers subject to custom usage pricing.

3. Staging Servers & Asset Retention

During custom design and web development phases conducted by the Amdura™ Creative Studio:

• Staging Server Lifespan: Temporary development environments hosted on Amdura™ staging subdomains remain active for sixty (60) days following milestone review. Upon final project settlement and production launch, staging environments are safely decommissioned.
• Backup Retention: Automated server backups of live websites are generated on a daily and weekly rolling basis. Amdura™ retains rolling backups for up to thirty (30) days. Clients are strongly encouraged to maintain independent local backups of critical database records.

4. Prohibited Technical Activities

Users and clients are strictly forbidden from engaging in the following activities on any Amdura™ server, application, or network:

• Deploying un-patched software, vulnerable plugins, or malware scripts that compromise server security.
• Conducting unauthorized vulnerability scans, penetration testing, or denial-of-service (DDoS) simulations without prior written approval from Amdura™.
• Utilizing hosted web forms or mail relays for sending unsolicited commercial emails (SPAM) or phishing communications.

5. Technical Enforcement & Remedies

If a hosted client account or application violates these Usage Policies, Amdura™ will take proportional corrective action:

1. Notice & Remediation: For minor resource overages or unoptimized code, we will issue a technical notice to the client with recommended optimization steps or plan upgrade options.
2. Automated Throttling: In cases of severe server load or sudden traffic spikes threatening network stability, Cloudflare or Hostinger security layers may temporarily throttle traffic or challenge incoming connections.
3. Emergency Suspension: Accounts exhibiting active security compromises, malware infection, or malicious bot activity will be immediately isolated and suspended until remediation is complete.
