Information Security
At AM Digital Designs, protecting your unreleased product designs, user feedback, and proprietary data is our highest priority. We utilize industry-leading security protocols to ensure that your data remains strictly confidential and secure at all times.
1. Data Encryption
We employ rigorous encryption standards to protect your information, both when it is stored and when it is actively being transmitted across the web.
- Data in Transit: All communications between your browser and our platform are encrypted using standard TLS/SSL protocols (HTTPS), preventing interception of sensitive feedback or design files.
- Data at Rest: All databases, participant information, and uploaded product assets are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption, the standard adopted by the U.S. government and leading tech enterprises.
2. Infrastructure & Hosting
Our platform is hosted on secure, world-class cloud infrastructure providers. These environments are physically secured, monitored 24/7, and strictly adhere to compliance frameworks (such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001).
- Continuous network monitoring and threat detection.
- Automated daily backups to prevent data loss.
- Isolated environments to ensure client data is strictly separated.
3. Access Controls
We enforce a strict "least privilege" access policy. This means our internal team members only have access to the specific data required to perform their jobs.
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is required for all administrative access.
- All system access is logged, monitored, and regularly audited.
- When your project concludes, access to your specific testing environment is revoked.
4. Participant & Tester Confidentiality
Because our platform relies on authentic feedback from human participants, we take strict measures to ensure confidentiality for both the tester and the brand.
- All participants must agree to our stringent Tester Confidentiality Agreement (NDA) before gaining access to unreleased products or prototypes.
- Testers are restricted from downloading, screenshotting, or sharing proprietary materials.
- Participant personal identifiable information (PII) is anonymized where possible when presented to the brand.
5. Vulnerability Management
Security is an ongoing process. We regularly scan our platform and subdomains for potential vulnerabilities, applying patches and updates continuously to stay ahead of emerging threats.
6. Reporting a Security Concern
If you believe you have discovered a security vulnerability on the AM Digital platform, we want to hear from you immediately. Please reach out to our security team directly.
