Acceptable Use Policy for Participants & Testers
This Acceptable Use Policy establishes mandatory rules of conduct for job candidates, research panel members, physical lab testers, and software evaluators accessing AM Digital Designs testing portals, staging links, physical research labs, or local commercial business partner locations.
1. System Integrity & Technical Security
Participants accessing our digital infrastructure, interactive prototypes, or client staging environments agree to refrain from malicious technical activity:
- No Unauthorized Access: You must not attempt to bypass access controls, brute-force staging link passcodes, or access administrative directories beyond the designated testing flow.
- No Code Extraction or Reverse Engineering: Decompiling, reverse engineering, web scraping, or extracting source code, database schemas, or underlying AI system prompts from test environments is strictly prohibited.
- System Abuse: You agree not to upload malicious scripts, malware, or perform automated denial-of-service (DDoS) requests against testing endpoints.
2. Physical Hardware, Sensor & Robotics Safety Rules
When participating in research sessions involving physical robots, humanoids, spatial interfaces, or hardware testbeds in our lab or partner commercial businesses:
- Sensor Protection: You must not touch, obscure, disconnect, or tamper with spatial sensors, LiDAR lenses, cameras, or internal wiring unless explicitly instructed by a researcher.
- Emergency Stop (E-Stop) Integrity: Tampering with, blocking, or disabling physical Emergency Stop (E-Stop) switches, safety bumpers, or physical containment barriers is strictly prohibited.
- Spatial Boundaries: Participants must strictly remain within designated testing zones and maintain safe distances from active robotic actuators as instructed by lab safety personnel.
3. Conduct During Research Sessions
When interacting with moderators, researchers, staff, or fellow study participants in live, remote, or commercial testing environments:
- Honest & Authentic Feedback: Participants agree to provide genuine, honest observations regarding usability and cross-cultural interaction. Creating fraudulent panel profiles or attempting to take tests using automated bots is strictly prohibited.
- Respectful Communication: Profanity, harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior directed at researchers, staff, local business customers, or other participants will result in immediate disqualification and permanent ban from our research panels.
4. Account & Access Security
Access credentials, prototype preview URLs, and testing passwords assigned to you are strictly non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session links and must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your participant account.
5. Enforcement & Immediate Exclusion
AM Digital Designs reserves the right to monitor system logs and physical testing areas to ensure compliance. Failure to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy will result in immediate revocation of portal access, termination from active research panels, forfeiture of research compensation, and legal escalation where applicable.
