Trademark & Brand Guidelines

The Amdura™ name, wordmarks, official logos, taglines, UI mascot designs (Aries™), and visual brand elements represent valuable intellectual property created and owned by Amdura™. These guidelines explain the proper usage rules for media, partners, clients, and developers who wish to reference or display Amdura™ brand assets.

1. Our Core Trademarks & Brand Marks

Amdura™ claims exclusive common law trademark rights to the following brand marks and assets:

• Amdura™ (Wordmark & Brand Name)
• Design that connects Cultures™ (Official Tagline)
• Aries™ (Conversational AI Mascot & Character Design)
• Amdura Security Seal™ (Official Security & Compliance Emblem)
• The custom stylized "AMD" crescent wordmark logo and associated visual layouts.

2. Proper Text References

When referencing Amdura™ in body text, articles, press releases, or legal documents, please adhere to these formatting rules:

• Trademark Symbol: Include the superscript trademark symbol (™) upon the first prominent mention in any document or webpage (e.g., Amdura™).
• Capitalization: Always capitalize the letter "A" in Amdura. Never render as "amdura" or "AmDura" in prose.
• Noun Association: Use Amdura™ as a brand name or adjective modifying a generic service (e.g., "the Amdura™ platform," "Amdura™ agency services," or "Amdura™ AI plugins").

To preserve visual brand integrity across physical merchandise, client web platforms, and digital media, external parties must maintain exact color hex specifications when displaying authorized brand assets:

4. Permitted & Authorized Uses

Without requiring prior written permission, you may:

• Reference Amdura™ in text to truthfully discuss our services, web design agency work, or AI plugins.
• Display authorized client badges on your website stating "Designed by Amdura™" or "Powered by Amdura™ AI."
• Include our official logo in news articles, reviews, or educational blog posts directly discussing our brand.

5. Strict Prohibitions & Misuse Rules

To prevent market confusion and trademark dilution, you MAY NOT:

• Modify Logo Geometry or Colors: Do not stretch, alter aspect ratios, rotate, recolor, or add drop shadows/effects to official logo files (`logo_2.jpg`, `footer-Logo.png`).
• Imply Endorsement or Ownership: Do not use the Amdura™ name or logo in a manner that falsely implies sponsorship, partnership, or official endorsement without an executed agreement.
• Confusing Domain Names: Do not register domain names, social media handles, or business entities containing "Amdura" or confusingly similar variations.
• Combine Logos: Do not combine the Amdura™ mark with your own business logo or third-party graphics into a single compound mark.

6. Logo Clear Space & Minimum Display Sizes

When placing our logo on digital banners or print collateral, maintain clear margins around all edges equal to at least 50% of the logo height. The primary horizontal wordmark logo should never be displayed smaller than 120px in width on digital displays to maintain crisp text legibility.
