Subprocessors & Infrastructure List
To deliver our creative agency solutions, cross-cultural UX research platforms, localized AI plugins, and enterprise web applications, Amdura™ ("we," "our," or "us") engages third-party service providers and cloud infrastructure vendors ("Subprocessors"). This page transparently details the external Subprocessors authorized to process client data, business communications, user telemetry, or participant feedback on behalf of Amdura™.
1. What is a Subprocessor?
A Subprocessor is a third-party data processor engaged by Amdura™ who receives, stores, or processes personal data, business communications, or client content under our direct instructions, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and AI & Data Processing Addendum (DPA).
2. Authorized Infrastructure, Operations & Hosting Subprocessors
The following Subprocessors provide core web hosting, business email, cloud document infrastructure, and network security capabilities for Amdura™ operations, client platforms, and internal communications:

6. Subprocessor Updates & Client Notification
Amdura™ reserves the right to update this Subprocessor list as our technical architecture evolves. Enterprise clients may subscribe to notification of new Subprocessors by contacting our legal compliance team at legal@amdigitaldesigns.com.
