Usage Policies & API Governance

Version 1.0 Effective Date: September 1, 2026

This Usage Policy governs the technical usage, API bandwidth limits, telemetry streaming, and server resource allocation across all web applications, staging environments, cross-cultural plugins, and robotics software hosted or managed by AM Digital Designs ("Studio", "we", "us").

1. Client Staging Environments & Preview Access

To ensure high-performance testing for B2B clients and local commercial business partners:

Staging Purpose: Staging URLs, preview environments, and local hardware testbed builds are provided strictly for evaluation, quality assurance, and design review. They may not be indexed by search engines or used as live production endpoints without explicit authorization.
Resource Fair Use: Staging instances undergo automated sleep cycles after periods of inactivity to conserve server resources. Automated load testing, vulnerability stress testing, or high-volume traffic simulation on staging servers is prohibited unless coordinated in advance.

2. Robotics Telemetry & Plugin Rate Limits

For custom AI agents, cross-cultural plugins, and spatial software integrated into physical robots or commercial hardware:

API Rate Limits: Real-time telemetry streaming, speech-to-speech requests, and cross-cultural translation queries are governed by rate limits specified in your Statement of Work (SOW). Excessive API requests exceeding baseline thresholds may be throttled to preserve infrastructure stability.
Telemetry Bandwidth Quotas: High-bandwidth data streams (such as raw spatial depth feeds or continuous audio telemetry) must be compressed or processed on edge devices prior to cloud transmission to prevent network congestion.

3. Hardware Testbed & On-Site Commercial Staging

When deploying software builds or testing prototypes within physical business locations (e.g., retail, office, or hospitality partners):

Network Isolation: Hardware devices and physical robots running Studio software must connect via dedicated, secure Wi-Fi or LTE networks isolated from public guest Wi-Fi.
Version Synchronization: Clients must ensure that physical hardware microcontrollers and edge hardware are running compatible firmware versions before applying Studio software updates.

4. Prohibited System Abuse

Users and client technical teams are strictly prohibited from utilizing Studio servers, cloud infrastructure, or plugin APIs to:

Distribute unauthorized marketing messages, spam, or malicious payloads.
Attempt to access isolated multi-tenant databases or cross-client server directories.
Use Studio API keys or vector endpoints to train unauthorized public AI models.

5. Enforcement & Throttling

AM Digital Designs reserves the right to temporarily throttle API bandwidth, suspend staging links, or restrict access credentials if an unmonitored hardware instance or runaway script threatens the security or performance of our platform.
